CNC Machinist Setup / Operator

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced CNC Lathe & Mill Setup / Operator for a full-time position in our clean, modern, laid-back machine shop. We specialize in low-volume precision machining, with most jobs running in batches of approximately 50–300 parts. This is not an entry-level position — applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience and be capable of independently setting up and operating both CNC lathes and machining centers.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading prints, performing complete setups, making offsets, troubleshooting issues on the floor, and maintaining quality and documentation throughout low-volume production runs.

This is a full-time day shift position averaging 40–50 hours per week. We offer medical benefits, paid vacations, quarterly profit sharing, and flexibility to work four 10-hour days (Monday–Thursday) when working a 40-hour schedule. Pay is competitive and based on experience.
