We are an independent agency specializing in life, health, and wealth solutions, currently seeking a Remote Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to work independently while leveraging a lead-based system with no cold calling required.

What You’ll Do

Connect with individuals who have requested information about coverage

Assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

Guide clients through the application and underwriting process

Maintain relationships

Manage your own schedule and pipeline

Compensation

1099 independent contractor position

Commission-based (no base salary)

Average starting commission: ~$500 per issued policy

Part-time: ~$35K–$75K+

Full-time: $100K+ potential (performance-based)
