Entry Level Sales Associate

Job Description Third Party Recruiting is seeking a motivated, purpose-driven Entry Level Sales Manager on behalf of a premier client in the benefits industry. With a legacy of over 120 years, our client has been leading the way in providing exceptional services and growth opportunities.

We are looking for someone with serious grit—someone who knows the value of hard work, puts their all into everything they do, and has the thick skin required to survive the punches of a high-paced sales environment.

In this role, you will help maintain and service existing accounts while actively developing relationships with new B2B clients. You will receive hands-on training from industry experts to master the required skills using proven systems and processes. For top performers who show perseverance and dedication, this entry-level role offers a clear and structured pathway to advance into leadership and Agency Director positions.

Key Responsibilities

Servicing and updating benefits on an existing book of business

Prospecting and developing new business opportunities (B2B)

Learning and executing proven sales systems and processes

Maintaining daily reporting of field activity using a Salesforce-based CRM

Participating in daily training, skill-building, and leadership development sessions

Required Skills & Qualifications

A strong work ethic & perseverance: You are resilient, have thick skin to handle rejection, and are ready to put your absolute all into your career.

Some sales experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is highly preferred.

Language skills: Bilingual (fluent in Spanish and English) is a major plus.

Diverse backgrounds welcome: Candidates with a blue-collar work background are highly encouraged to apply—we view this as a huge advantage! A background or degree in Science or Math is also considered a strong plus.

Valid Driver's License & Reliable Transportation

Authorized to work in the US

Note: There is a 90-day evaluation period before advancement into leadership roles.

What’s in it for you?

Target Compensation: Entry-level ranges from $60,000 - $80,000

Growth Potential: Strong opportunity to advance to upper management (Management roles start ranging from $80,000 - $120,000++)

Note: Interviews & training will be conducted at the main office in Lisle, IL.
