Job description*:

BA with Service Management ITIL/ ITSM/ ServiceNow CMDB

• Consult business stakeholders to identify process gaps and gather requirements, translating them into actionable ServiceNow tasks.

• Collaborat with developers and architects to design and implement ITSM solutions, supporting Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.

• Led stakeholder workshops and created comprehensive documentation, including BRDs and process flows. Facilitated UAT and ensured system functionality met business requirements, delivering quality solutions.

• Work with cross-functional teams for seamless implementation and adoption of system changes.

• Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request Management, SLA/KPI tracking, RCA documentation, Escalation Handling, Email/Alert Monitoring, Compliance & audit support, Stakeholder communication, vendor management

• Highly experienced Business Analyst with support services and IT Service Management.

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Change Management, IT Procurement, Order Management Systems (OMS), Incident and Request Management (INC, RITM), Agile/Scrum, and SDLC.
