$20 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire front desk staff to deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming member experience

Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and motivating environment

Manage scheduling and budgeting to optimize efficiency and resources

Build and maintain strong vendor relationships for timely and cost-effective services

Drive initiatives that increase member engagement and satisfaction

Monitor facility maintenance and resolve issues promptly

Partner with leadership to execute operational plans and support growth

Qualifications:

Experience managing daily operations in a fitness or hospitality environment

Ability to lead and inspire a diverse team while creating a positive, inclusive culture

Proven ability to optimize scheduling and manage budgets for efficiency

Strong vendor management skills with a focus on cost-effective and timely services

Ability to implement strategies that drive member engagement and satisfaction

Knowledge of maintaining health and safety standards in a fitness environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with leadership and team members
