Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

Integrated care model with a focus on thorough patient interaction and high quality care (10-15 daily flow) while working alongside dedicated team of Providers and support staff!

Candidates must have/obtain an active FL license, current DEA and nationally board certified.

At least 2 years of primary care experience is required.
