Job Description

• Maintain vendor relationships that are based solely on sound business and ethical practices. All negotiations are to be conducted in the best interest of the company.

• Oversees the purchasing process from request to delivery to meet the required delivery schedule.

• Ensures on time processing of request to meet the required delivery schedule.

• Coordinates with the users on their requests.

• Negotiates price, quality, terms, warranty and delivery for each request.


• preferably female

• Must be 25 years to 30 years old

• Graduate of any 4-years course

• Knowledgeable in purchasing or buying skill

• Knowledgeable in Records Management; knows how to counter check documents, proper filing, labelling, storage etc.

• Must have experience in handling import purchases

• At least 1 year work related experience
