3+ years of salaried restaurant General Manager experience in a casual dining, full-service restaurant

Proven ability to run a fast, busy, guest-focused operation

A team-oriented leader who collaborates, motivates, and inspires

Stable work history — no more than two management roles in the last five years

Professional leadership style and a genuine commitment to developing people

A sense of humor and the ability to “actually” use a calculator

Loves being active in the community and representing the brand with pride
