Job description*:

Core Skills Required:

Dynamics 365 CE/CRM: Hands-on experience working on D365 Configurations and Customizations, plug-ins, Custom workflows, OOB Capabilities (D365 Customer Service Module, Omnichannel, Unified Routing).

Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio Agents Customizations, and development.

Microsoft Azure: Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, KeyVaults, Synapse workspace, Synapse Pipeline.

.NET &C#: Web API Development.

Client-Side Scripting: TypeScript development.

DevOps: CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

Data Migration: Hands-on experience working on Data migration tools like Kingswaysoft tool, Configuration migration, Scribe Power platform Dataflows etc.

Test Automation: Experience working on Selenium framework for D365 test automation with C#.

Support & Maintenance: Production issue troubleshooting and resolution.

#Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.

Customize and configure CRM applications to meet business needs.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.

Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other business systems via Azure services.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CRM-related issues.

Create and maintain technical documentation.

Stay updated on the latest CRM features and best practices.
