We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CEO. This role goes beyond standard administrative duties; you will act as a strategic partner to the CEO, helping to streamline daily operations, manage multifaceted initiatives, and drive our mission forward in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support: Manage a dynamic calendar, schedule high-priority meetings, and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
Strategic Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across all our innovative projects, foundation initiatives, and community outreach efforts.
Project Management: Assist in tracking milestones for key business ventures—including cross-brand integrations and new fleet co-ownership rollouts—ensuring the CEO is always prepared with the necessary briefings, marketing materials, and reports.
Meeting Facilitation: Prepare agendas, attend key meetings, document actionable takeaways, and follow up with respective departments to ensure goals are consistently met.
Confidential Administration: Handle sensitive business and financial information with the utmost discretion and professionalism while maintaining highly organized digital records.Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C-level management.
A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to anticipate executive needs, adapt to shifting priorities, and proactively solve problems.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with modern AI productivity tools, digital management platforms, and collaborative workspaces.
