Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Hyperlogistics Group, Inc., a 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) provider specializing in Warehousing & Distribution Services is looking for an experienced First Shift Warehouse Supervisor for one of our new accounts. This is a 1st shift, Monday thru Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm position with an occasional weekend and over-time opportunities. Starting rate is $31.00 per hour.

This is a full time position with our full benefit package consisting of: Major Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life Insurance, Short Term and Long Term Disability, 64 hours of paid sick time, 80 hours of paid vacation, 8 paid holidays and tuition reimbursement.

Job Requirements –

At least 2 year of warehouse supervisor experience

Work in ambient temperature facilities

Working Supervisor, 85% of the time will be spent on a forklift unloading, picking and loading trailers

Supervise 1 to 3 associates

Meet Customer requirements and deadlines

Follow company SOP's

Adhere to company safety standards

Manage productivity standards

Track and record customers revenue per hour

Cycle counting inventory

Follow food safety guidelines for handling products

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Stable work history

Reliable transportation

Operated a Crown Standup Forklift.

RF Scan Gun experience

Must pass an equipment skills test on Crown equipment.

Pass a Background Check and drug screening.
