Position Overview
The Linchris Corporate Internship Program offers college students the opportunity to gain hands-on, paid experience in a corporate environment while supporting key business functions across the organization. This program is designed to provide meaningful, structured work experiences that align with academic goals and career interests.
Interns will be matched with departments based on business needs, skills, and stated areas of interest, with opportunities to contribute to real projects, build professional skills, and gain exposure to cross-functional teams.
Program Details
Term Options:
Summer: May/June – August (full-time or part-time)
Fall: September – December (part-time)
Spring: January – May (part-time)
Schedule:
Interns are expected to work within standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Summer (Full-Time): ~35–40 hours/week
Summer (Part-Time): ~20–29 hours/week
Fall/Spring: ~15–25 hours/week, scheduled within business hours based on class availability
Specific schedules will be coordinated with supervisors and aligned with business needs
Work Location:
This is an in-person internship based at our Plymouth, MA corporate office
Interns are expected to work on-site for the duration of the program; remote work is not available

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities will vary by department but may include:
Supporting day-to-day operations and ongoing projects
Conducting research, analysis, and reporting
Assisting with processes and administrative tasks
Collaborating with cross-functional teams
Participating in meetings and contributing ideas
Completing a defined project or set of deliverables during the internship
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university
Pursuing a degree relevant to one or more areas of interest
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Interest in gaining corporate and/or hospitality industry experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Academic Credit
This internship is eligible for academic credit, depending on your institution’s requirements. Linchris will support required documentation, evaluations, and coordination with your school.
Compensation
This is a paid, hourly position. Wages begin at $15/hr.
Compensation is aligned with applicable wage laws.
