Manufacturing Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to support aerospace programs.

This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, and supporting production readiness for complex components in a highly regulated environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and optimize manufacturing and process engineering solutions for aerospace componentsLead and support PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) and FAI (First Article Inspection) activitiesCreate and maintain PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to identify and mitigate risksDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost-effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and productionEnsure compliance with aerospace standards, quality requirements, and customer specificationsTroubleshoot manufacturing issues and implement corrective/preventive actions Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)3–8+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering / process engineeringStrong experience with PPAP, FAI, and PFMEAExperience working in aerospace or highly regulated manufacturing environmentsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments Preferred QualificationsExperience with aerospace components or engine systemsFamiliarity with lean manufacturing / Six Sigma methodologiesKnowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings
