At Behavioral Framework, we help children and young adults (up to age 21) build communication, social, and daily living skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
As a Part-Time Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with a child in their home, implementing personalized behavior plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is ideal for individuals interested in psychology, education, social work, behavioral health, or working with children.
No prior ABA experience is required — we provide free training and certification.
Our technicians typically work 4–5 afternoon/evening shifts per week with the same client for 4–5 hour sessions, building consistent relationships that help children make meaningful progress.

and 9:00 p.m., working 4–5 hours per day within that window.
Specific schedules are assigned based on client needs.
Many new hires begin working with a client within 2 weeks of applying.
