2025’ by a leading publication, is currently looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our Health Center (Skilled Nursing) team in Santa Barbara, CA.

Full-Time Position - 4/2 Rotation - Compensation: $51 - $57/hr.

(based on experience) - Shift differentials available for Nights & Weekends!Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for addressing the comprehensive nursing needs of our residents while embracing our organization’s “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.” Your role will involve creating a safe and healthy atmosphere for residents, staff, and visitors, allowing them to engage in the daily life of our community.

You will coordinate assignments with care partners and ensure accountability among team members for resident care and satisfaction.

To excel in this position, you should possess the following qualifications:Active RN license in the state of applicationCurrent CPR certificationPrevious nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute settings is preferred What can you expect from us?
