Warehouse Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all warehouse activities from receiving finished product to dispatch.

Maintain accurate stock records in the system and through physical counts.

Implement and enforce strong warehouse controls, SOPs, and housekeeping standards.

Coordinate dispatch planning, loading, and documentation.

Monitor stock movements, variances, and reconciliation.

Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountability.

Work closely with production to manage space, flow, and turnaround times.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Key Skills:

Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.

Strong understanding of stock control, dispatch processes, and warehouse systems.

Ability to manage teams, enforce discipline, and maintain high operational standards.

Excellent organisational and problem solving skills.

Experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is an advantage.
