The Technical Recruiting Sourcing/Screener is responsible for driving all aspects of the candidate sourcing and generation process for Technical Recruiter openings for ManpowerGroup Solutions client. This involves creating and implementing complex sourcing strategies, utilizing multiple methods and tools for all levels of positions. The Technical Recruiting Sourcing/Screener will directly support MGS client recruiters in specific functional areas related to the Technical Recruiter positions. Candidates must be Eastern Time Zone to be considered for this position. This is a 2-3 month contract position.

1. Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources

• Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients

• Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates

• Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels

• Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members

• Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites (i.e. Linked In, Konnects, Spoke, vShake, etc.)

2. Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions

3. Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description

• Assist with job requisition / description development

• Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants

• Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions

4. ATS (applicant tracking system) maintenance

• Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis

• Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system

• Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork

• Resume conversion and application maintenance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications - External

• Proven success developing sourcing strategies for a wide variety of positions and geographies

• Broad knowledge and demonstrated success utilizing Internet and Social Media strategies for identifying passive and active candidate pools, to include contact lists, internal and external databases, meet ups/blogs, cold calling, and research.

• Ability to create competitive and demographic analysis for use in recruiting functions

• Experience overseeing and executing multiple projects at one time

• Understanding and experience using and implementing Recruiting related technologies

• Proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Visio

• Strong analytical, organizational and assessment skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong presentation skills

• Exceptional internal and external customer service skills

• Diplomatic and tactful communication style

• Business and results orientation with a passion for people

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

• Advanced AIRS certification highly desired
