We’re The Rec Hub – we embed brilliant recruitment professionals directly into some of the world’s most exciting tech and scale-up companies. Right now, we’re looking for aTalent Coordinatorto join and support the recruitment team of a high growth Fintech / Payments organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.

Schedule interviews, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings across multiple stakeholders.

Maintain accurate ATS data and support reporting and recruitment metrics.

Chase feedback and keep hiring processes moving efficiently and on track against agreed SLAs

Assist with ad-hoc recruitment projects, process improvements, and pipelining.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in talent/recruitment coordination

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools.

Confident, proactive communicator with a “get it done” attitude.
