Elder Host

Description

Basic purpose or function: To provide the elderly, 62 years of age or older, with a way to partially supplement their income and to enhance and augment the customer service and hospitality of the Sevenwinds Casino.

Job Duties:

• Elder Host/Hostess will work in the general Sevenwinds Casino area

• Greet and welcome guests to the Sevenwinds Casino

• May assist in specific areas such as the Conference Center and Slots, if needed

• Must have good communications skills, smile, and be friendly

• Be knowledgeable about Casino functions and give accurate information

• Report all concerns to the MOD

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the MOD

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 62 years of age or older

• Must be of American Indian descent

• Must be able to work a maximum of 30 hours per week

• Must be self-motivated

• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time

• Successfully complete Title 31 training

• Must obtain a non-key gaming license

• Exemplary customer service skills

• Must comply with the policies and procedures of the Sevenwinds Casino
