Position: Sales Representative

Immediate Hiring! We’re looking for motivated and outgoing individuals who want to build a high-income career in roofing sales.

No roofing sales experience required — we provide full training.

Responsibilities

Canvass neighborhoods to find homes with roof damage

Perform basic roof inspections (training provided)

Talk with homeowners about roofing solutions and insurance claims

Set appointments and help close sales

Requirements

Previous Sales Experience (roofing sales is a plus!)

Strong communication skills

Comfortable working outdoors and talking to people

Willing to learn and stay motivated

Able to climb a ladder for inspections

Reliable transportation (car or truck)

Compensation:

$100,000 – $350,000+ per year

Top performers can earn $450,000+

Commission-based with high earning potential
