Bilingual Purchasing Coordinator

Duties

Manage end-to-end procurement processes using ERP systems such as SAP, to ensure timely purchase of materials and services

Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to source quality products at competitive prices while maintaining strong negotiation practices

Coordinate purchase orders, monitor inventory levels, and execute inventory control strategies to support production planning and merchandising goals

Conduct market research and analyze pricing trends to optimize sourcing decisions and supply chain efficiency

Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and contractual obligations

Support logistics operations by coordinating delivery schedules, tracking shipments, and resolving supply chain disruptions

Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier performance, and inventory data for reporting and audit purposes

Experience

Proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles within a manufacturing, retail, or distribution environment

Strong familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, SAP ERP, for materials management and procurement workflows

Knowledge of supply chain management principles including inventory management, logistics, production planning, and sourcing strategies

Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts effectively and manage supplier relationships proactively

Experience with e-commerce platforms and online sourcing tools is a plus

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Prior exposure to pricing analysis, inventory control techniques, and contract administration is highly desirable
