Executive Assistant - Private Wealth Advisory Firm

Pataskala, OH (Western Licking County)

Full-Time or Part-Time (32-40 hours/week)

$21-$23/hour + bonus potential (based on experience)

Position Overview

We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our advisors and daily operations. This role combines executive support, office management, and marketing coordination. You'll act as a key point of contact for clients and play a vital role in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling

Prepare meeting materials and reports

Conduct proactive client follow-ups

Operations & Administration

Process and track new business applications

Maintain CRM system and client records

Ensure compliance documentation is accurate and up to date

Client Experience

Serve as the first point of contact via phone, email, and in-person interactions

Build strong client relationships and deliver high-touch service

Marketing & Branding

Assist with social media management and content coordination

Support marketing campaigns (email, direct mail, advertising)

Office Management

Oversee daily administrative tasks and data entry

Maintain an organized, professional office environment

Qualifications

Experience: 2+ years in an administrative or executive assistant role (financial services experience preferred)

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems

Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; professional and personable

Organization: Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability

Integrity: Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required

Associate degree or higher preferred
