Role Overview
The Virtual Assistant will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by providing administrative, operational, and customer support. This position requires a highly organized individual who can manage tasks independently while maintaining excellent communication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling for internal operations
Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital records
Assist in managing and updating CRM systems and databases
Support social media activities, including posting and basic engagement
Conduct online research and prepare reports or summaries
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
Assist with administrative tasks to support business growth and efficiency
Maintain strict confidentiality of company and client information
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace
