Our Equipment Rental team in Edmonton is hiring a Branch Administrator!

In this role, the Branch Administrator is responsible for document preparations and distributions, correspondences as well as filing and data entry; Ability to screen all calls with proper telephone etiquette; Have strong travel and meeting scheduling abilities; and efficient in the processing of expense reports.

The individual filling this position must also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the Regional Vice President, in a high energy and fast paced environment while exercising good judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters.

Reception for the Corporate Region office, as well as managing the mail/courier duties

Administration for the Region Safety team

Assist the Regional Vice-President

Basic branch support for the ProSolutions branch

Act as the Onboarding liaison for new hires across Canada

Mandatory Requirements:

Strong background in basic accounting

Attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Strong interpersonal

5 years experience in related field focused on AP/Invoice processing

Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean driver's abstract
