Position : Operation Assistant III (Security Guard)

Pay : HK$15,503 – HK$19,592 per month
Up to 5% of total basic salary as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered upon completion of the contract with satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities
Implement the security policies and measures of the Hospital;
Carry out daily security duties, including patrolling the hospital premises, staff quarters, and various buildings;
Monitor vehicles entering and parking within the hospital premises and guide visitors;
Provide appropriate customer service, such as answering visitors' inquiries;
Handle and report unauthorized persons within the hospital premises and other emergency incidents;
Maintain patient queuing order, perform special escort/security duties, and coordinate with departments and external organizations;
Operate, use, and monitor security equipment and parking system;
Assist in handling smoking violations and incidents of workplace violence;
Responsible for fire safety, environmental protection, crisis management, and occupational safety and health management;
Operate and develop contingency plans for emergency incidents;
Assist the Security Officers or supervisors in preparing duty rosters and relieving arrangements of security guards;
Enforce the Hospital Authority Bylaws;
Prepare and submit reports to hospital management;
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements
Primary 6 or equivalent;
Possession of a valid Security Personnel Permit issued by the Police Licensing Office of the Hong Kong Police Force;
Able to read and write simple Chinese or English, and speak fluent Cantonese.
Preferable Attributes
Proficient in basic computer operation;
Completion of Fire Services Department Community Emergency Responder or possession of Fire Safety Ambassador certificate/ First Aid certificate/ Workplace Violence Incident certificate or other relevant special skill certificates;
Possess relevant working experience on customer service;
Able to speak simple Putonghua and simple English.
