Join the team that supports our people through every stage of their employment journey. As a seasonal Return to Work Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting workplace injury management processes — helping to ensure employees feel supported, safe, and set up for a successful return to work.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Injury Management and HR within a fast-paced alpine environment, where no two days are the same and strong teamwork is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
On-time reporting of Workplace Injuries
Support the coordination of workplace injury management and return to work (RTW) processes across the Vail Resorts
Assist with workers compensation claims administration, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
Act as a key point of contact for injured employees, providing professional and empathetic support
Coordinate with leaders, medical providers, and insurers to facilitate safe and effective return to work outcomes
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
What You'll Bring
Current SIRA Return to Work Accreditation or willing to obtain
Experience in administration, customer service, or a genuine interest in Injury Management / HR
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage empathetically with employees
Digital confidence using systems and managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, organised approach with a focus on supporting positive employee outcomes
