Customer Service Representative

In this role, you will:

Maintain excellent customer service relations

Process orders; primarily by telephone, but also occasionally walk-in customers

Occasionally demonstrate equipment to customers

Coordinate service repair and rental administration

Perform ancillary shipping/receiving duties, such as liaising with couriers and packing products for shipping

General branch administration and other duties as assigned or required

About you:

We are looking for an energetic, highly motivated individual able to work within a team environment and also possess the ability to work with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will possess:

Strong customer service skills

Excellent interpersonal communication & telephone skills

Forward-thinking and the ability to be proactive

Self-disciplined and highly organized with ability to take initiative around the site

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities appropriately while remaining calm and upbeat in an at times a fast-paced and pressured atmosphere

Grade XII with a minimum of one-year shipping, customer service, and administrative experience

Demonstrated knowledge of computer systems

Knowledge of SAP Operating System would be an asset, as would experience in the Wide-format, land surveying, or civil engineering industries
