Commercial Construction Superintendent (Mission Critical / Industrial)

We are hiring an experiencedConstruction Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations for industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical projects. This role serves as the primary field leader, responsible for safety, schedule execution, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and MEP system integration from project start through closeout.

Ground-up (greenfield) construction experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with completed mission-critical projects—such as Data Centers, Healthcare, Government, Manufacturing or Telecommunications—are highly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities

Lead all on-site construction activities and daily field operations

Serve as the primary on-site safety leader; enforce jobsite safety programs and maintain a safe work environment

Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and project sequencing across all trades

Oversee MEP scope, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and low-voltage systems

Coordinate trade sequencing, system installations, and conflict resolution with structure and architectural elements

Partner with Project Managers to meet schedule, quality, and budget goals

Maintain daily reports, schedules, site documentation, punch lists, and closeout documentation

Support system startup, testing, commissioning, and turnover activities

Identify and proactively resolve field issues impacting schedule, safety, quality, or system performance Required Experience & Qualifications

5+ years of commercial construction experience with a General Contractor

Superintendent or Project Lead experience preferred

Ground-up / greenfield construction experience preferred

Mission-critical construction experience (data centers, healthcare, government, telecommunications) ideal

Strong understanding of MEP systems, sequencing, and coordination

Knowledge of construction means, methods, and best practices

Experience working with BIM coordination and MEP drawings preferred

Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

OSHA 30 preferred

Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Compensation & Benefits
