Job description*:

#Key Responsibilities:

· Provide 24x7 support for multiple payment applications hosted on AWS, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.

· Understand individual application architectures and workflows to deliver effective support and troubleshooting.

· Manage infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC) and maintain version control in GitHub.

· Deploy applications via Harness pipelines and ensure pipeline standardization across teams.

· Work with Docker, Helm, and EKS for orchestration of hundreds of pods.

· Implement and manage GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation.

· Monitor applications using Datadog dashboards and optimize observability.

· Handle Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes in ServiceNow.

· Perform container vulnerability assessments using Wiz and ensure compliance.

· Utilize Codability for resource optimization and Power BI for reporting and analytics.

· Collaborate using Jira, Confluence, and Kairos for project tracking and documentation.

· Design and maintain high availability and fault-tolerant systems, including Active-Active and Active-Passive DR strategies.

· Understand AWS networking, including SSO and assume-role configurations.

· Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards within a secure ODC environment.

Mandatory Skills:

· Strong hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, RDS, networking).

· Expertise in Terraform, GitHub, and Harness pipelines.

· Proficiency in Docker, Helm, and Kubernetes orchestration.

· Familiarity with Datadog, Wiz, Codability, and Power BI.

· Experience in ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

· Knowledge of DR strategies, high availability, and fault-tolerant system design.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with multiple application teams.

· Ability to work in a 24x7 support model with 5 days on-site in a secure ODC
