Accounting / Administrative Support
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Overall Accounting & Administrative support
Oversee financial and cash management
Maintain & develop policies/procedures for finance & administrative functions
All aspects of Accounts Receivable
All aspects of Accounts Payable
Payroll administration, company statutory filings and payments
Human resource support
Job Cost tracking and support to management
Candidates should meet or exceed the following criteria:
Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Accounting and Payroll.
Extensive computer experience with a proficiency level of knowledge with: Microsoft Office Systems, Internet access/usage. Experience using Accounting and Payroll software.
Self-starter, quick learner, ability to work independently and as part of a team in a growing and changing environment.
Process oriented, with superior analytical and organization skills and a high attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including exceptional interpersonal skills to earn the trust
