Position Overview
We are seeking skilled and motivated Line Cooks to work in both Sauté and Pantry stations. Ideal candidates thrive in a team environment, have strong attention to detail, and can handle a busy kitchen while maintaining quality and consistency.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
Execute dishes on the sauté and/or pantry station efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Assist with prep work, stocking, and inventory as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience as a line cook, sauté cook, or pantry cook preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
