Job description*:

• QA Engineer with experience who can perform on functional, regression, integration and UAT Testing for M365 based applications.

• Test and Validate SharePoint Sites, workflows, Lists and document management systems.

• Validate Microsoft Teams Integrations, communications workflows, and collaboration features.

• Test Outlook functionalities such as email triggers, notifications and calendar integrations.

• Verify user roles, permissions and access controls in M365 environments.

• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.

• Identify log and track defects using JIRA or Azure DevOps.

• Collaborate with cross functional teams including developers and business analysts.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery.

• Support UAT, Production Validation and release activities.
