The firm is prepared to structure this hire at either the Income Partner or Counsel level based on experience, credentials, and practice profile. Compensation will be highly competitive and commensurate with seniority and value brought to the platform.

The Role
The firm is seeking a seasoned attorney with substantial experience in medical malpractice defense litigation or complex healthcare-related litigation matters. The incoming attorney will play a key role in managing significant cases, advising clients, mentoring junior attorneys where appropriate, and contributing to the continued expansion of the practice group.
Ideal Background
Significant experience handling medical malpractice litigation matters
Strong deposition, motion practice, mediation, and trial experience
Demonstrated ability to independently manage complex files and client relationships
Strong professional reputation within the Pennsylvania legal community
Portable business is welcomed, though not required depending on experience level
Pennsylvania Bar admission in good standing
