Our client company is seeking a director level professional to support Human Resources and the overall organization to offer strategic and tactical management and administration of current compensation and benefits plans.

You must be willing to:

• Oversee existing compensation plans and their effectiveness

• Recommend plan revisions/create new plans that are cost effective and consistent with compensation trends

• Manage the direct compensation administration (exempt/non-exempt cash compensation programs) for company staff

• Evaluate/compare/administer employee benefits programs (medical/dental/vision/term life insurance/temporary disability/accidental death/401(k) programs)

• Manage introduction/implementation of new/updated benefits plans

• Keep current/insure compliance with all federal/state/local provisions of benefit laws/regulations

• Manage Leave of Absence/Return to Work process/Worker's Compensation programs

Requirements (MUST HAVE)

• BS/BA with 10 years' experience in compensation/benefits administration OR

• MS with 5 years' experience in compensation and benefits administration

• 5 years MS Word/Excel/Outlook experience

• Strong interpersonal skills
