About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing analytics solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and data-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop dashboards, datasets, and dataflows using Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA / Tableau CRM)
Build and maintain data pipelines, recipes, and integrations with Salesforce and external systems
Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions
Optimize performance of dashboards and datasets for better usability
Develop advanced calculations using SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language)
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and reporting solutions
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and security within analytics environments
Support deployment and maintenance of CRMA solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics (CRMA) / Tableau CRM
Strong experience with SAQL, Dataflows, Recipes, and Dashboard Design
Solid understanding of Salesforce data model (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL concepts
Familiarity with Einstein Analytics and data visualization best practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications (CRMA / Tableau CRM / Platform)
Experience with Apex, SOQL, or Lightning components
Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS/Azure is a plus
