Our client in Thorp, WI is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join their team on 1st and 2nd shift.
Job Title: Production Machine Operators
Location: Thorp, WI
Pay Range: $19:00 -$22.50/hr
Schedule:
1st- M- TH 5:00am-3:30pm with some OT Fridays
2nd-M-TH 3:25pm – 1:55am M-TH with some OT Fridays
What’s the Job?
Read, understand, and follow production schedules
Set up and adjust equipment
Gather materials as needed
Perform quality checks
Operate motorized equipment (i.e. forklift, lifts, etc) as needed
Perform minor preventative maintenance and operator care as required
Perform housekeeping duties
Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned
What’s Needed?
One-year experience in manufacturing setting
Computer experience
Use a Tape Measure, Caliper, hand and power tools
Basic reading and writing skills
Ability to add and subtract fractions and whole numbers, convert fractions to decimals
HS Diploma or GED preferred
Able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
