Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Special Education Teacher

Previous experience in an elementary school environment, particularly with lower elementary grades

Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation

Responsibilities Include:

Delivering specialized instruction to meet the diverse educational needs of students in 2nd through 4th grades

Employing a variety of instructional techniques to engage all learners and support their academic and social-emotional growth

Communicating regularly with families regarding student progress, challenges, and successes

Maintaining accurate records and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines in special education
