This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced student housing professional to take the reins of a large-scale property undergoing a major transformation. With a two-year renovation plan that includes clubhouse, amenity, and interior upgrades, you'll have the chance to lead through change and elevate the resident experience. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on leadership, a strong understanding of local market dynamics, and a passion for building high-performing teams in a Division 1 college town environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of an 800+ bed student housing property

Drive leasing performance through market analysis and strategic outreach

Manage property financials, budgets, and reporting

Oversee capital improvement projects as part of a multi-year renovation plan

Qualifications

2+ years of experience managing student housing properties

Experience managing properties with 800+ beds

Hands-on leadership style with a focus on team training and development

Strong leasing and marketing skills with the ability to understand local market conditions

Familiarity with Division 1 college town markets preferred
