Payroll Administrator-HR Administration Seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator.

Must have a strong background in trades payroll or similar, including union payroll and prevailing wage compliance.

This role is responsible for processing multiple payroll schedules across several companies, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, prevailing wage laws, and company policies.

The ideal candidate brings a high level of accuracy, timeliness, maintains strict confidentiality, and demonstrates exceptional attention to detail that is critical to companies payroll operations.

Responsibilities:Process weekly & bi-weekly payroll across multiple divisionsPrepare and submit certified payroll reportsMaintain accurate payroll records, including job costing, labor allocations, and deductionsProcess union payroll in accordance with collective bargaining agreementsEnsure accurate calculation and reporting of prevailing wage rates, fringes, andclassificationsManage payroll data across multiple systems (HH2, Workeasy, BambooHR, Sage MyAssistant), ensuring accuracy and consistencyResolve payroll discrepancies in a timely mannerRespond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and confidentiallyCoordinate with HR and Finance on new hires, terminations, and wage changesHandle payroll reporting, reconciliations, and year-end processesOther duties as assigned Requirements:3+ years of payroll experienceExperience with Sage Timberline (Sage 300 CRE) is a plus or similarExperience managing multiple payroll schedules simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and ability to meet strict payroll deadlinesExcellent organizational and communication skillsAbility to work well with othersSome knowledge of union and prevailing wage laws and certified payroll reporting helpful but not required.
