To tele counsel the interested candidates who want to go and study abroad.

Maintain and develop a computerized customer care and prospect database.

Answer a high volume of calls received, where required and maintain detailed and accurate records.

Maintain good english communication skills with the students

Converting maximum walk-ins into admissions and target achieving set by the company.

Maintain and update continuously, by local knowledge and by local means, a log of the availabilty of staff likely to receive inbound calls.

Operate a variety of standard office machines, including a personal computer and a variety of computer software, phone, fax, calculator, shredding machine and photocopy machine.

Communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between customers / suppliers / visitors / enquirers and relevant staff and interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone or in person and to verbal or written instructions.

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public

Perform reception duties in an efficient, courteous and professional manner.

Maintain regular, consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance and adherence to relevant health and safety procedures.

Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role.

respond and to follow up sales enquiries by post, telephone and personal visits

Carry out market research, competitor analysis and customer surveys.

Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support and liaison with internal order processing staff

Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Salary:INR 1,75,000 - 3,00,000 P.A
