Position: Facilities, Environmental & Shipping Associate
Location: Nashua, NH
Amphenol High Speed Products Group is the market leader for high speed, high bandwidth electrical connectors for the Telecom/Datacom market (Mobile Networks, Storage, Servers, Routers, Switches, etc.). Our products help to enable the electronics revolution and remain a key enabler for all the major Tier 1 OEMs globally. Our global headquarters is in Nashua, NH and we have design, sales and manufacturing locations globally.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized associate to support our Facilities, Shipping, and Environmental departments to help support daily operations. This role is responsible for handling inventory, maintaining a clean and safe facility.
Role & Responsibilities
Support ISO 14001 program and initiatives for the Nashua location.
Support scrap program for both hazardous and nonhazardous items.
Assist with routine facility maintenance tasks (e.g., work with contactors, minor repairs, inspections).
Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment (UPS FEDEX and DHL).
Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
Work with the warehouse and plant management to clean and organize the Nashua facility as needed..
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or facility experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy items.
Basic organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Microsoft AX Dynamics is a plus.
