Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly manner.

Take and post payments to the insurance company.

Help customers navigate our online resources and tools.

Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Help with marketing products.

Contribute to a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A genuine desire to help people and solve problems.

Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
