Serenity for Life, LLC is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing high-quality, trauma-informed care in a residential treatment setting. Our team is collaborative, compassionate, and committed to supporting women with complex clinical needs, including co-occurring disorders.
Position Overview:
We are seeking both full-time and part-time Licensed Clinicians to join our team. This role involves providing individual and group therapy, contributing to treatment planning, and working closely with a multidisciplinary team in a residential/inpatient environment.
Qualifications:
Active licensure or candidacy in one of the following:
LPC
LPCC
LMFT
LCSW
LSW
Residential or inpatient treatment experience strongly recommended
Experience as a trauma therapist highly preferred
Comfort and competence working with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders
Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
Schedule:
FT or PT positions available
Weekend availability preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy services
Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and support staff
Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
Participate in team meetings and case consultations
