This role requires a minimum of five years’ industry experience in Quality Control. As a Lead Quality Control Specialist, you will oversee audits, support Quality Inspectors, and ensure all quality management plans are effectively implemented. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise quality audits and internal/external compliance • Support fabricators and inspectors in quality tasks • Develop Quality Management Plans for construction projects • Verify subcontractors meet quality and documentation standards • Oversee equipment calibration and deviation management

Requirements: • At least 5 years in Quality Control • Diploma or certification from Technical Education • Strong knowledge of ASME and CSA standards • Valid CSA W178.2 or API certification • Excellent communication and leadership skills
