What you’ll be doing (aka being the café MVP):
Lead and support the team during daily café operations
Keep food quality, service, and cleanliness top-notch
Train and coach teammates so everyone succeeds
Help with scheduling, opening/closing, and daily deposits
Make sure safety, sanitation, and food standards are always on point
Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and running efficiently
Deliver amazing guest experiences — even when things get busy
Jump in wherever needed and lead by example
