POSITION OVERVIEW

IT Consultant 2

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

1. Develop and coordinate cloud architecture (Both solution and cloud infrastructure architecture) (30%)

3. Assist CTO and program office with incorporating new technologies including AI (10%)

4. Design, Develop, Test and Deploy Enterprise Common Component and ED STEPS system application to Microsoft Azure (50%)

5. Impart knowledge and training to other Monitoring team members and DEW application developers. (10%)

WHAT’S NEEDED

Microsoft Azure Required 7 Years

Developing cloud architecture and adoption strategy for Azure Required 7 Years

developing/maintaining Azure cloud native IT systems Required 5 Years

migrating existing .NET application to Azure Required 5 Years

Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery in Azure Required 5 Years

Azure Technologies (e.g., Azure function, App Service etc.) Required 5 Years

Azure DevOps including leading Sprint planning activities Required 5 Years

Experience with architecting and developing enterprise level libraries/components Required 3 Years

developing/maintaining IT systems using Microsoft .NET 2.0 and above (C# preferred) Required 10 Years

Relational database technologies (MS SQL (preferred) or Oracle) Required 10 Years

architecting IT systems using Microsoft .NET 2.0 and above (C# preferred) Required 8 Years

leading teams through multiple stages of software development (from system analysis to deployment) Required 5 Years

Test Driven Development and test automation Required 5 Years

Agile Development Methodologies using TFS Required 5 Years

Angular 10.0 or above with TypeScript, Bootstrap, Jasmine, Karma (or other Angular testing framework) Required 10 Years

Experience with other web UI development tools/languages (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, MVC) Required 5 Years

.NET CORE 2.0 or above using C# Required 5 Years

ORM Tools (Entity Framework (preferred) or equivalent) Required 5 Years

GitHub Advanced security Required 1 Years AI such as GitHub Copilot, AI Agent Required 1 Years
