Picture your weekend on the shop floor in Piedmont, SC 29673—powering up your CNC workstation, reviewing specs, and setting up for a smooth run. You keep a sharp eye on machine performance, make smart adjustments, and collaborate with teammates to solve any hiccups. Throughout the shift, you verify part quality, record production details, and keep your area organized and safe. Before you clock out, you document results and invest a few minutes in training to sharpen your CNC craft. Your Impact
Operate CNC machines to consistently produce parts to specification.
Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters to maintain efficiency.
Inspect finished components to confirm they meet quality requirements.
Partner with team members to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized work area in line with company policies.
Accurately document production data and promptly report discrepancies to your supervisor.
Participate in ongoing training to expand your CNC knowledge and skills. Schedule & Location
On-site in Piedmont, SC 29673. This position operates on weekend day and night shifts. What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent (a technical CNC machining credential is a plus).
Hands-on experience as a CNC operator or in a closely related machining role.
Keen attention to detail paired with strong problem-solving ability.
Comfort working independently as well as within a collaborative team.
