Fence Laborer (Entry Level – Will Train)

H&S Fence LLC

H&S Fence is looking for hardworking individuals who want to learn the fencing trade. No experience is required — we are willing to train candidates who show up ready to work and learn.

This is hands-on outdoor work helping our crews build high-quality agricultural fencing systems.Pay & Benefits

$18 – $24 per hour

Overtime after 40 hours

Assist fence crews with installing agricultural fencing

Load and unload materials and tools

Help set posts, stretch wire, and install fencing components

Operate basic tools and equipment

Keep job sites clean and organized

Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions

Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical labor
