Job Description

Searching for Occupancy Inspectors in your area to drive to properties for mortgage companies and report on the general condition of each property. Basic responsibilities include obtaining multiple photos of the property, determining occupancy, noting visual damages and submitting information via form results to a mobile application. Most properties are exterior and take 1-5 minutes to complete. Experience is strongly preferred.

Types of Inspections Include: Draw Inspections, Loss drafts, Insurance, and Exterior Condition Inspections.

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Ability to drive for extended periods

Must have a smart phone capable of submitting results via a mobile application

Must be able to pass a background check

GPS with routing capabilities

Excellent time management

Access to a computer with internet connection and printer

Pay Structure:

Each inspection is paid at a flat rate and varies by area covered and volume. This position has the ability to earn more depending on hours worked

Faithful Field Service Solutions is seeking independent contractors for Mortgage Field Inspector roles. In this position, you will visit residential and commercial properties to document occupancy status and condition through digital photography and concise reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exterior and occasional interior inspections.

• Provide clear photo documentation and detailed reports on property damage or safety compliance.

• Adhere to strict deadlines, typically within four days of assignment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED; no prior mortgage experience required.

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check.

• Smartphone, computer with internet access, and a printer.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
