We are a growing company that provides field inspections for mortgage companies, insurance companies, and other clients.

As a Field Inspector, you would be responsible for driving to properties and reporting on their general condition. This includes taking photos of the property, determining occupancy, noting visual damages, and submitting information via a mobile application. Most properties are exterior inspections and take 3 to 5 minutes to complete.

We are looking for candidates with experience in field inspections, but we are also willing to train the right person for the job.

Faithful Field Service Solutions is seeking independent contractors for Mortgage Field Inspector roles. In this position, you will visit residential and commercial properties to document occupancy status and condition through digital photography and concise reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct exterior and occasional interior inspections.

• Provide clear photo documentation and detailed reports on property damage or safety compliance.

• Adhere to strict deadlines, typically within four days of assignment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED; no prior mortgage experience required.

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to pass a background check.

• Smartphone, computer with internet access, and a printer.

• Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently.
